Eligibility
To use our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. To enrol a child in our programmes, you must be the parent or legal guardian of that child, or have appropriate authorisation.
Programme Enrolment
Booking Process
Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only when:
- We have received your enquiry and responded
- A programme place has been allocated
- Payment has been received (where applicable)
- You have received written confirmation from us
Payment Terms
Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of enquiry. Full payment is required before the programme starts unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Cancellation by You
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund or credit for future programme
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund, credit for future programme at our discretion
- After programme starts: No refund
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.
Conduct During Programmes
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators, other participants, and the learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the programme, with no refund provided.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are collected promptly at the end of each session.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of glossy-pathway or our content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
